The web crawler operated by AnTun — antun.am
AnTun (antun.am) is an aggregator of apartment-for-sale listings across Armenia. It brings listings from public real-estate websites into a single search for buyers.
AntunBot visits those websites to read public listing pages — price, address, photos and description — so a listing can appear in AnTun's search with a link back to the original source. It collects links and short excerpts only; it is not an AI training crawler and does not republish full content.
It honors robots.txt and each site's crawl directives, crawls slowly with a conservative delay between requests, and requests only the listing and category pages a site permits.
Every AntunBot request is cryptographically signed with Web Bot Auth (HTTP Message Signatures, RFC 9421). You can verify any request against our public key directory:

If you operate a site and want AntunBot to slow down or stop crawling, email [email protected] and we will adjust or exclude your site. You can also disallow it directly in your robots.txt using the user-agent AntunBot, which it obeys.
